This website is operated by BHD Projects, trading as HELD Comfort ("we", "us", "our"), a business registered in the Netherlands (KVK 86109081). By visiting heldcomfort.co and/or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

1. Using our store

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or Site for any unlawful purpose, or to break any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products and pricing

We try to display our products, colours and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours accurately. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product. Any "was" prices shown reflect a genuine previous selling price.

3. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. If we cannot fulfil an order after you have paid, we will contact you and refund you in full. You agree to provide accurate, current order and contact information.

4. Payment

Payment is taken securely through our payment providers at checkout. We do not store your card details. See our Payment Policy for accepted methods.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds in our Returns & Refund Policy. These form part of these Terms.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory legal rights as a consumer. UK customers benefit from the protections of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality and the right to cancel within the statutory period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to introduce malicious code, infringing our or others' intellectual property, collecting others' data, or interfering with the Site's security or operation.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including our brand name, logo, text, images and designs — belongs to HELD Comfort or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where our business is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (for UK customers, the consumer laws of the United Kingdom).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
